For the Marriage Preparation programme, the groom and bride must be at least 21 years of age, at the time of registration for the programme.

On the other hand , the Enrichment Programme requires the Muslim couple to be in their first 10 years in their marriage, with the groom to be at least 25 years of age upon marriage, and the bride to be at least 21 years old at the time of their wedding.

Couples may proceed to book their Kadi/Naib Kadi before or after attending the CA Marriage Preparation programme. 

The certificate is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

The Marriage Preparation programme is designed for soon-to-wed Muslim couples. It aims to support couples building a strong foundation for their marriage. Couples will discover more on their strengths and aspirations as a family. They will learn important areas such as effective communication, conflict resolution, financial planning and strengthening ties with families and other support networks. 

The enrichment programme caters to couples who are in their first ten years of marriage, to support their transition into marriage and parenthood. This programme allows couples to revisit their values and mindset, knowledge and skills when they enter into marriage. It will also expose couples to the tools to build positive relationships with their children and raise them into healthy individuals.

For the CA Marriage Preparation Programme, fees vary according to the operators.

Participation in the CA Enrichment Programme is complimentary.

The Cinta Abadi Marriage Preparation Programme is highly recommended for couples entering their first marriage, as it is specifically tailored to those beginning their marital journey.

Yes, transnational couples who intend to attend this programme as a requirement for their LTVP may join this programme. In fact, transnational couples may qualify for fee waiver if they provide suitable documentation.

Only transnational couples are eligible for fee waiver. Please provide any one of the following documents for us to verify your eligibility:

If you do not have any of the documents, we recommend you and your couple to undergo Pre-Marriage LTVP Assessment (PMLA) before marriage or e-file first so that you will be informed on the programme most suitable for you. The PMLA will give you greater clarity on your eligibility for LTVP and shorten your LTVP processing time.
